October 20, 2020 ·We ordered two new dog doors, one upstairs and one downstairs for our pups. They love them. With the double flaps I felt no drafts, unlike our old insert. Installation went smoothly and because we had misplaced a few screws, a second trip was needed. Greg was super friendly and helpful and I would recommend the Dog Door Guy hands down.
